Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Exchange request must be made within 5 days of purchase
Original receipt and product tags must be intact

Exclusions

No exchange, refund, or claims on discounted items, clearance sales, or promotional offers
If an item purchased at full price later goes on sale, it will only be exchanged at the current discounted price

All prices listed on the Crawl&Walk website are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received in original condition
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the situation

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect washing will not be eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Free return shipping applies only if:

The item was damaged upon delivery
The wrong product was sent

In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
