✅ Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Products must be returned within 5 days of purchase

  • Original receipt and product tags must be intact

Exclusions

  • No exchanges, refunds, or claims on discounted items or clearance sale products

  • If a product purchased at full price goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the current discounted price, not the original price

💰 Pricing Policy

  • All prices listed on the Crawl&Walk website are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in approved cases

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned item in original condition

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable

🧵 Product Care Notice

  • Please carefully follow the care instructions mentioned on the garment label

  • Crawl&Walk will not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Free Return Shipping Applies If:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival, or

  • An incorrect product was delivered

In all other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Crawl&Walk reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment failure or declined payment

  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery address

  • Customer does not respond to order confirmation calls or emails
