3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs clearance

  • Crawl&Walk is not responsible for delays beyond its control but will assist in resolving issues wherever possible

4. Payment & Order Processing

Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available

  • Order confirmation is required; unconfirmed orders may be canceled

International Orders

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer or approved payment method

  • Orders are reserved for 36 hours after confirmation

  • If payment is not received within this time, product availability is not guaranteed

  • In case of unavailability, an alternative product of equal value or a refund will be offered

5. Product Availability

We do our best to keep stock information accurate; however:

  • Some items may sell out quickly during sales or high-demand periods

  • If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, you will be contacted for an alternative or refund

  • Crawl&Walk is not responsible for stock unavailability caused by delayed payments beyond the allowed timeframe

6. Cancellations & Non-Confirmations

  • Orders not confirmed via call or email within a reasonable period may be canceled automatically

  • International orders are processed only after full payment is received
